HOW IT WORKS
1. TREATMENT PHASE:
Wastewater is treated over an 8 hour cycle with the alternation of stirring and aeration. Breakdown of nitrogen begins under oxygen deficient conditions. Sludge is removed during this process allowing for a small amount to be pumped back into the Primary settling stage which is later disposed of with normal sewerage sludge removal.
2. SETTLING PHASE:
Sludge settles at the bottom of the tank and is activated into the clarified water pump and settles there. The system is developed with a fully automatic flushing procedure so that this is not pumped away.
3. REMOVAL PHASE:
Clarified clean water is pumped out the plant, fully treated for re-use & clean enough to go back into rivers/seas. Building new Enviro Conscious toilets (which re-use the treated Wastewater to flush toilets) replaces chemical & pit latrines with no foul smell.
